ABOUT THE PARALLEL

The Parallel is a Private Members Association (PMA) operating under common law. Wealth, Awakened is an educational event offered exclusively to members and guests of The Parallel Private Members Circle.

By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. NATURE OF THE EVENT

1.1 Wealth, Awakened is an educational and transformational event focused on wealth creation, conscious investing, and energetic alignment.

1.2 The event includes educational content, experiential practices (including ceremonial cacao), group discussions, and access to expert speakers.

1.3 This is NOT:

Regulated financial advice

Personal investment recommendations

A pitch fest or sales event for third-party products

A guarantee of financial results

2. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

2.1 All content shared at Wealth, Awakened is for educational and informational purposes only.

2.2 The hosts, presenters, and speakers are not providing regulated financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations specific to your personal circumstances.

2.3 You are strongly encouraged to:

Conduct your own independent research and due diligence

Consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any investment decisions

Assess your own risk tolerance and financial situation

2.4 Investment carries risk. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. TICKET PURCHASE & PAYMENT

3.1 Ticket purchases are considered voluntary donations to The Parallel Private Members Association to support the delivery of this educational event.

3.2 Three ticket tiers are available:

Early Bird: £555 (first 50 tickets include complimentary VIP upgrade)

Standard: £666

VIP: £888

3.3 Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

3.4 Your ticket purchase confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions.

4. MONEY-BACK PROMISE

4.1 We offer a money-back guarantee until lunchtime on Day 1 of the event.

4.2 If you attend the morning session of Day 1 and feel the event is not right for you, you may request a full refund by lunchtime (12:30pm) on April 25, 2026.

4.3 Refund requests must be made in writing to the event organizers before the stated deadline.

4.4 No refunds will be issued after 12:30pm on April 25, 2026.

4.5 Refunds requested before the event (up to 48 hours prior) will be honored, minus a 10% administrative fee.

5. VIP INCLUSIONS

5.1 VIP ticket holders receive:

  • Welcome dinner on April 24, 2026

  • Full event recordings

  • Priority seating

  • Welcome goodie bag

  • Post-event integration workshop

  • 30 days of WhatsApp group support

  • 15-minute 1-on-1 session with Yvette Taylor

5.2 VIP benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the ticket holder.

6. EVENT ATTENDANCE & CONDUCT

6.1 Attendees must be 18 years or older.

6.2 Attendees agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

  • Engage with integrity and conscious awareness

  • Follow the guidance of event hosts and venue staff

  • Refrain from recording or photographing without explicit permission

6.3 The Parallel reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the collective field.

6.4 No refund will be given to attendees removed for misconduct.

7. CEREMONIAL CACAO & HEALTH

7.1 The event includes a ceremonial cacao experience on Day 1.

7.2 Cacao is generally safe but may interact with certain medications (particularly MAOIs and antidepressants) and is not recommended for:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals

  • People with serious heart conditions

  • Those taking certain psychiatric medications

7.3 Participation in the cacao ceremony is optional and at your own risk.

7.4 You are responsible for informing the event organizers of any health conditions or concerns before the event.

7.5 By attending, you confirm you have no contraindications to ceremonial cacao or you will abstain from participation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All content, materials, frameworks (including the INFIN8 Wealth System), and teachings presented at Wealth, Awakened are the intellectual property of The Parallel, its founders, and presenters.

8.2 You may not:

  • Record, photograph, or film any part of the event without express written permission

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell any event materials

  • Use event content for commercial purposes

8.3 Personal notes for your own learning are permitted.

9. PRIVACY & RECORDINGS

9.1 The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

9.2 By attending, you consent to being photographed and potentially appearing in promotional materials.

9.3 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event team upon arrival.

9.4 VIP ticket holders will receive access to event recordings for their personal use only.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Parallel, its founders, hosts, presenters, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any investment losses or financial decisions made by attendees

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

  • Any claims arising from information shared by other attendees

10.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket price you paid.

10.3 We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes or results from attending this event.

11. THIRD-PARTY PRESENTERS & RECOMMENDATIONS

11.1 The event may feature guest speakers and expert presenters.

11.2 Views expressed by guest speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Parallel.

11.3 Any references to third-party services, products, or opportunities are for educational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement.

11.4 You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any third-party services or opportunities mentioned.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

12.1 The Parallel is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God

  • Pandemic or health emergencies

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue unavailability

12.2 In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, we will offer:

  • A full refund, OR

  • Transfer to a rescheduled event date

13. CHANGES TO THE EVENT

13.1 We reserve the right to make changes to:

  • Event schedule and timing

  • Presenters and speakers

  • Venue (with reasonable notice)

  • Event format (e.g., moving to virtual delivery if necessary)

13.2 Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

13.3 Minor changes to schedule or content do not entitle you to a refund.

14. DATA PROTECTION

14.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14.2 By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving event-related communications.

14.3 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time while continuing to receive essential event information.

15. PRIVATE MEMBERS ASSOCIATION

15.1 Wealth, Awakened is offered as part of The Parallel Private Members Association.

15.2 Ticket purchase may include temporary guest membership status for the duration of the event.

15.3 Ongoing access to The Parallel community and resources requires full membership, which is by application only.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Parallel regarding the event.

16.2 If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16.3 The Parallel reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to ticket holders.

16.4 Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from The Parallel.

18. GOVERNING LAW

18.1 This agreement is governed by the principles of common law.

18.2 As a Private Members Association, The Parallel operates outside conventional state-controlled jurisdictions.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU CONFIRM:

  • You have read and understood these terms

  • You are 18 years or older

  • You understand this is educational content, not financial advice

  • You accept full responsibility for your own investment decisions

  • You agree to engage with integrity and respect for the collective field
